The personal information we collect might include your name, email address,school/business name and location. If you are contacting us to enquire about booking a workshop, you are contractually obliged to provide us with this information.

Process a booking you have confirmed (as a contractual obligation)
Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us (as a contractual obligation)

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We use the e-commerce marketing automation website MailChimp to send out our newsletter and marketing emails. If you subscribed to our newsletter (via our website subscribe button or via our workshop feedback form provided in person), your name, school/business name and email address will be shared with MailChimp. No other personal information will be shared with any other third parties.
How Long Will Your Information Be Retained?
In regards to marketing communications via email, we will retain your information until you withdraw your consent for us to use your email address.
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us you can unsubscribe at any time using the details at the bottom of our MailChimp emails. Alternatively, send us an email with the subject line ‘unsubscribe’ to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have a choice about whether or not you wish for your personal data to be used in our promotional material online. You can opt out of this at any time, by emailing us at email@example.com
